Tovee.AI is owned by Cytisum Digital Consulting Inc.
These Terms govern your use of our website and service.

If you use the service, you accept these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1) Service description

Tovee.AI lets you host a personal MCP endpoint.
You may connect apps like Gmail or Google Calendar.
You choose which tools to expose to AI clients.
We do not proxy model traffic for you.

2) Your account and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old.
Create an account with accurate information.
Keep your credentials and API keys secure.
You are responsible for actions under your account.

3) Your responsibilities

You control scopes and connections to third party apps.
Review permissions before granting access.
You are responsible for the data you send to tools.
You are responsible for outputs you choose to send.
You must comply with the terms of each connected app.
You must not use the service for unlawful purposes.
You must not try to bypass rate limits or security.

4) No emergency use

The service is not for emergency communications.
Do not rely on it for critical safety functions.

5) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
By using the service, you also accept the Policy.

6) MCP endpoints and keys

We create one or more endpoints for you.
We give you API keys to access those endpoints.
You must keep keys confidential and rotate them when needed.
You must tell us if you suspect key compromise.

7) Third party platforms and AI clients

The service connects to third party platforms.
Examples include Google APIs and messaging services.
Those platforms have their own terms and privacy rules.
We do not control them.

You may use AI clients with your endpoint.
Examples include ChatGPT or Claude.
Those clients have their own terms and privacy rules.
We do not control them.

We are not liable for acts or omissions of third parties.
We are not liable for incidents at third party platforms.
We are not liable for model behavior or model outputs.

8) Content and logs

You keep ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited license to operate the service.
We may store audit hashes and minimal logs.
We may store configuration needed to run your tools.
We do not sell your content.

9) Acceptable use

You must not do the following:

  • Infringe intellectual property rights.

  • Violate privacy or data protection laws.

  • Send spam or malware.

  • Probe or attack our systems.

  • Share other people’s data without a legal basis.

  • Use the service to build a competing hosted MCP.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
We may remove content that breaks these rules.

10) Beta features

We may offer previews or betas.
Betas are provided “as is” with reduced support.
We may change or end betas at any time.

11) Plans, billing, and limits

Free and paid plans may have usage caps.
You agree to the prices shown at checkout.
We may rate limit by endpoint and by IP.
We may change prices with reasonable notice.
Taxes may apply based on your location.

12) Service changes

We may change features or interfaces.
We may add or remove integrations.
We may discontinue the service or any part of it.

13) Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to our size.
We use encryption in transit.
We use encryption at rest for secrets.
No method is perfectly secure.
We do not guarantee absolute security.

You use the service at your own risk.
You must protect your devices and networks.

14) Maintenance and availability

We aim for good uptime.
The service may be unavailable for maintenance.
The service may be unavailable due to provider issues.
We are not liable for downtime or data loss.

15) Warranty disclaimer

The website and service are provided as is.
We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent allowed.
This includes implied warranties of merchantability and fitness.
We do not warrant accuracy, reliability, or availability.
We do not warrant security against all threats.

16) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • We are not liable for loss of profits or revenue.

  • We are not liable for loss or corruption of data.

  • We are not liable for incidents at third party services.

  • We are not liable for model outputs or actions you take.

Our total liability is capped.
The cap is the greater of 50 Canadian dollars or the fees you paid to us in the past three months.
Some regions do not allow certain limits.
If so, those limits apply only as allowed by law.

17) Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us from claims that arise from your use.
This includes your content and your integrations.
It also includes your breach of these Terms.

18) IP and feedback

We own the service and all related IP.
You may not copy or reverse engineer our code.
If you give feedback, we may use it without restriction.
We do not owe you compensation for feedback.

19) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate for cause.
Causes include legal risk or policy violations.
You may cancel your account at any time.
Some terms survive termination.

20) Export and sanctions

You must comply with export and sanctions rules.
Do not use the service where prohibited by law.

21) Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
Courts in British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction.
You agree to that venue and jurisdiction.

22) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
We will post the new date at the top of this page.
Material changes will be notified in-product or by email.
If you keep using the service, you accept the changes.
